  • Again, open the run dialogue box by pushing the windows and R key on your keypad. Then enter ‘appwiz.cpl’ in the dialogue box. Shoot the enter button to proceed. 
  • You will observe a ‘program and features’ window reflecting on your screen. 
  • Then continue uninstalling the associated application that is causing the issue on your system. 
  • Now turn off your computer or laptop and detach it from the printer. Wait patiently for some time.
  • The next step is to update the printer drivers from the manufacturer’s official website. For that follow the tips mentioned in the following points. 
  • Firstly, press the ‘Windows + R’ buttons on your keyboard and enter ‘devmgmt.msc’ in the run dialogue box. The device manager will launch soon after. 
  • Now look for the ‘print queues’ menu and expand it. A drop-down menu will prompt on your screen, click on the printer that you are currently working on. To update the printer drivers tap on the ‘update driver’ option by right-clicking on the printer.
